The following body of work was completed over a 13 month period when I was completing my Master degree program through Pepperdine University. During this time, I took a critical look at professional development at Greenhill school teaching pedagogy and technology proficiencies. This paper and site documents my journey and findings which resulted in the formation of a new teacher induction program. |
