SUDOKU

We all need diversions from time to time. As Santa was shopping for last minute items, my daughter spotted a book of puzzles known as Sudoku. Now, I had never heard of these before but that did not stop my 7 year old from telling me all about how to solve a Sudoku puzzle. Careful now, they are addictive. Here are a couple of sites that you might like if you enjoy this type of fun.

Some of you may have heard of Google Earth. I am sure many have used Map Quest before. Here is a new offering from Microsoft that also takes maps to a new level. If you want to switch from the map view to photo view, click on Aerial near the upper left corner. Check out the school address or your home address (if you dare). There is even a bird’s eye view offered on some images. Now my question is, how did they get that bird’s eye view?
